Project Partnership Overview
The process of working on real projects for real clients is essential to the student experience at the Segal Design Institute.
Every Segal program relies on outside clients, from our flagship freshman course, Design Thinking and Communication (DTC), to our professional master’s programs. We welcome project proposals from individuals, corporations, and community organizations.
PROJECT PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Clients with a specific engineering design-related need should consider submitting a proposal for the freshman DTC course. Learn about the DTC design process and client expectations. For more information about becoming a project client for our freshman course, Design Thinking and Communication (DTC), contact Jake Pollock at email@example.com.
The MMM program seeks partners for Business Innovation Lab projects every fall and winter. Learn more and submit your proposal for a Business Innovation Lab project, or contact Shera Street at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Design for America
Design for America's national network of student-led studios offer a wide range of sponsorship opportunities for their projects and events. Contact email@example.com to learn more.
If your organization is interested in sponsoring an open-ended design innovation project for upper-level design students at Segal, contact Kim Hoffmann at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your needs.
Proposals are reviewed prior to each fall, winter, and spring terms.
