Helen is an instructor for MS EDI, and for the elective Intersect CPG: Transformative Product and Business Model Innovation, an experiential course at the intersection of transformative innovation, design thinking, and business model innovation.
Helen has been practicing Human Centered Design for the past 25 years during her career with Procter & Gamble. She has led consumer-driven innovation for products across P&G’s HairCare and Baby Care business in countries around the world. Her strengths are in designing and conducting research to uncover both articulated and unarticulated insights and define design directions.
