Elizabeth Lenaghan is a Communications Instructor for Design, Thinking and Communication (DTC), and teaches in the Writing program at Northwestern, where she is also the Assistant Director of the Writing Place.
Her research and teaching focus on the impact new media have on the reception, consumption, and production of cultural objects and modes of expression. Her dissertation, "Print Matters: Collecting Physical Books in a Digital Age," explores how book collectors' use and understanding of digital technologies impact their devotion to the printed word.
