In a lean or agile environment, how can teams do predictably great user experience work?

Connecting entrepreneurs & designers to create great products.

Janice Fraser is an entrepreneur and interaction designer for web and mobile products. She consults to early-stage companies, preferring to work directly with entrepreneurs to untangle the inevitable thicket of great ideas, and to clear a path toward execution.

After more than 15 years working on the Web, Janice has seen Silicon Valley from many sides. She has raised capital, founded both successful and failed startups. She has consulted to both large and small enterprises in areas related to user experience, product strategy, and organization strategy.
