Abstract

Exploration is good. Exploration should feel good. Exploration is beta testing. It has the risk of failure and the reward of finding your calling. There are many disciplines in which to try, to learn, to fail, to make change, to be changed and to succeed. Raj will discuss what he has tried and learned at Northwestern and in Silicon Valley in fields such as change management, strategic planning, organizational design, and leadership development.

Bio

Raj is the founder of OrganiZational Alignment, facilitator of Interpersonal Dynamics at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and member of Northwestern's IEMS Advisory Board. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Change from Pepperdine University, a Master's in Manufacturing Management from Northwestern University. As an undergraduate at NU, Raj shuttled up and down Sheridan Road, studying Biomedical Engineering and Asian Studies.
